We stayed here for 2 nights on our engagement anniversary and booked a studio suite. The room was gorgeous with a large bathroom. Only gripe here is the in-room lighting could have been better. Front desk staff were very warm, welcoming, and accommodating. We had requested access to the Sheraton club lounge. Since we were SPG Gold members, we were given access. Just note that there is no continental breakfast in the lounge on weekends. Instead, we were given complimentary vouchers for the breakfast buffet, which I think is much better than the continental breakfast. Omelettes, Belgian Waffles, Pancakes, Lox bagels, etc., it had everything we could want. The wait staff was excellent and knew us after only one day. The hotel was very quiet and we rarely saw other guests. Not sure about all the noise others have heard, but it was peaceful where we were, a corner suite on the 5th floor. The gym is extremely spacious and we were able to get our full workout in. We ran out of fresh towels and bath soap, but a quick call to the front desk got us everything we needed by the time we got back home for the evening. The only thing I haven't received thus far is my Starpoints for the "Make a Green Choice" initiative. We requested it at the start, but never received a voucher or the points credited to our account. Other than that, I would highly recommend this hotel. From the front desk staff to the waitstaff at the restaurant, this hotel is top notch. We'll definitely be coming back.
